Biography:

I currently teach in Sutton Coldfield. Yoga is my way of life. After being a serious practitioner for 30 years, I trained as a teacher to be able to pass on this knowledge and to share the benefits that yoga has given to me over the years. I have now been teaching for  some16 years and have a particular interest in how to manage pain and various illness symptoms with yoga. I enjoy working with students who wish to learn the tools yoga provides to manage their various medical conditions in a holistic way.  As a consequence of this specialism, I assist a local Gastroenterologist Consultant with his Stress Management course at a local Hospital where patients come to learn simple yoga techniques including asana, meditation, pranayama and yoga nidra to assist them in living with their conditions and in their recovery.
