We continue to provide classes at different levels at various locations across the West Midlands.
We normally ask that students who are new to Satyananda Yoga join a beginners class for a short time at least, in order to learn the fundamentals of this system before progressing to more challenging courses. If you don’t find a class convenient to you amongst these, please also take a look at our list of teachers in the Birmingham area and further afield.
Spaces in these classes are limited, so please call to reserve a place:
- in Coventry with Tulie
(Ladies from 15 weeks only, one-to-one classes)
Accessible to all! All Satyananda Yoga classes include postures, starting from simple joint-conditioning movements, some breathing practice and Yoga Nidra – a deep relaxation, much loved by our students.
